Orders placed at CeramicBisque.net will be shipped via FedEx Freight or UPS (if the order is under 150lbs.) Please note that if you are on a regular Ceramic Supply Inc truck delivery route in our local area, your order will not be shipped on our truck, and must meet the freight program minimums when placed on this site.
Please check your state for the Free Freight minimum in your area. You are encouraged to place an order slightly over the minimum in order to avoid issues caused by backordered items. If your order totals less than the free freight minimum, you will be contacted with the freight cost that will be billed to you.
Free shipments are curbside delivery only, unless arrangements have been made for inside delivery ($25.00 charge).
International orders will receive free freight based upon the location of the freight forwarder's warehouse and/or border crossing. Any freight charges incurred past that point will be the responsibility of the purchaser. Contact our Customer Service department at 800-723-7264 for details.
